The highest converting traffic I’ve ever seen…

Posted By wordfreak on November 18, 2009

Perfect Traffic Storm is a new site that says it guarantees more web visitors and online advertising with very little effort or cost.  More importantly, it promises higher CONVERSIONS–signups and sales.  So I decided to put it to the test…

My first impression was the site looks professional and clean, with an attractive look and feel.  It is easy to read and understand.  Joining the site was easy and painless–they do offer 2 upgrade options but they are not required to gain the benefits.

The Members Area is very well laid out and intuitive–I could figure out what to do after only a few minutes and was able to get up and running in less than 5 minutes.  Inside the site, you create links and ads–the links you simply enter any URL links you use into the generator and it transforms them into “Perfect Traffic Storm” links.  You create ads for anything you want to promote using the Perfect Traffic Storm Ad Generator, which is very easy to use.  You can create as many links and as many ads as you like.  And they are organized in a logical way–links are displayed in the order you create them but also your 5 most recent links appear on the main page for quick reference.  Also, since the link generator is the tool you’ll use most, it is also right at the top of the main page when you login.  Very smart!

After you’ve created at least 1 link and 1 ad you can start to generate traffic.  Just use and promote the new Perfect Traffic Storm link instead of the original source link you had.  Every time the Perfect Traffic Storm link is clicked, the page loads followed by a small ad window in the lower right corner.  It displays 3 ads PLUS an image with your affiliate link that goes back to Perfect Traffic Storm.  So if anyone clicks the Perfect Traffic Storm image they see the site, and if they signup they become your referral.  It’s a great viral feature because you can build referrals without even trying to just by using the site.

Now every time the ad window displays (your Perfect Traffic Storm links get clicked) you earn credits that get YOUR ad displayed in the ad windows when other members’ links get clicked.  So the more clicks, the more times your ads get displayed.

And this works virally–meaning as you make referrals into Perfect Traffic Storm (either by promoting it or just using it and visitors click the Perfect Traffic Storm image on the ad window to join) you also earn ad credits on THEIR link clicks.  And this works up to 5 levels deep.  So you can create a massive amount of free ad views and web traffic by referring others to Perfect Traffic Storm also.

I didn’t get to test the full effect of a big downline yet (I just got the tool) but I can tell you the rest of the site works exactly as stated–my links got clicked, I earned credits, and my ads got displayed.  Perfect Traffic Storm even tracked my results so I know how many clicks and how many ad displays.  That was an impressive unadvertised extra feature.

There is one more benefit and feature which might be the best of them all–downline emailing.  You can email your downline with offers, promotions, or whatever you like, and here is where Perfect Traffic Storm really shines.  They took time to make the emailing often enough that it’s valuable as a user, but no so often that it’s a burden to your downline.  But the best part about this feature (and actually the credit earning too) is that it tells you exactly how long until you can mail again.  Now THAT’s cool.

Overall I have to say I am impressed with Perfect Traffic Storm.  It is simple yet powerful, and delivers on its promises.  Highly recommended to anyone who wants to increase traffic and advertising.

How to Build Affiliate Web Sites the Easy Way

Posted By wordfreak on March 12, 2009

There are a lot of myths which are rampant in affiliate marketing; and these can attract people to the business holding a number of misconceptions. Chief among these is the idea that it will be a simple matter to run an online-based business and that people can make millions in online marketing overnight.

Not even 10% of people who have gotten into affiliate marketing have become wealthy in a short time frame, let alone overnight. There have been a lucky few who have managed to quickly make a fortune, but for the majority this is not the trajectory taken by their own affiliate marketing careers. Most of those who have become successful in the field would tell you that it took a lot of work to become a success – like any other business, affiliate marketing takes time and hard work, but the results are worth the trouble.

Before getting into an affiliate program, you should first start building a website; and make sure that it is well designed and looks professional. How can you build a website easily? You should decide on the topic of your site first. You should already have some idea what product or service you want to market; this can make a difference in the design of your website.

You’ll also need a domain name for your site. This is the name which will appear in the address bar of web browsers. Think about what your site will be about and choose a domain name wisely – having the right keywords in your domain name can help you to draw many more visitors to your site. Make sure to use a top level domain name (.com, .net) since these are more popular domains. You’ll need a web host too – try to find one who offers high uptime and security guarantees.

The next step will be to create the pages which will comprise your site. If you don’t know much about this – there are a large number of tools and quick launch aids available to you on the web. A quick search will turn these up and many of them can be helpful in putting together a website for your affiliate marketing venture.

If making your own site is something you simply can’t face or don’t have the time for, you can buy a ready made site or a template – though this will be more expensive.   It can be educational to create your own affiliate marketing website. You can learn a lot in the process about software, how websites work and more. You will be increasing your edge on the other affiliate marketers out there by doing so. It is helpful to know the basics of web development. You can then give your site a much more professional appearance and more user friendly.    The more you know about all of this, the more you can focus on the content instead of design.

We recommend:  Your Software Website

The best way to bring visitors to your site is by having high quality, well written content. There are several other things which are important to your success; however, good content is the most important factor. Good content is why visitors will come to your site and stick around to read your content.

People turn to the web in search of information; create content which will give them what they are looking for and you will have no trouble building an audience. Try to get some reciprocal links with other sites in your field, the number of links you have will increase your search engine rankings. Make sure to create separate pages for your products, but make sure to make plenty of relevant content to keep users interested instead of just giving them a sales pitch. Good content means more visitors, sales and commissions.

Make your site simple, yet elegant to give it a professional look. This will be attractive and interesting for your visitors to read. You can get design ideas by looking at other websites. Don’t put too many banner ads up; this will distract and annoy visitors. Remember that there are many things other than banner ads to do your advertising with. With your site finished, submit the URL to search engines to make sure that your site will be easy for web users to find.    Keep your site growing. Learn all you can about using keywords to optimize your site and make sure to use them in your site’s content. Update your site often and add pages.

Be sure to let all of your prospects know about new developments on your site. There is information about anything you could possibly need to know online, so avail yourself of this information. Create a Membership site and recruit your own Affiliates, they  promote your products and services. If you can keep your site growing and improving, you’ll find yourself a success in affiliate marketing soon enough.

Your Software Website – My Pick of The Year!

Posted By wordfreak on February 24, 2009

Dave Nicholson has just released an excellent new product called ‘Your Software Website’ and it really is a super high quality, top end website that has a mountain of features.

Your Software Website really is one of the best made websites, that has been designed for the every day user, I have ever seen!
Trust me when I tell you that this website is worth at least 10x the price that Dave is charging.

The possibilites that you can create from this site are endless, just about every single area in the site is editable from a superbly designed admin panel, and the cash generating possibilites are outstanding.

Dave really has said to himself “how can I generate the maximum possible cash for people” when he designed this site.
There are cash generating links just about everywhere, but the best part is that is does not look like an ‘ad site’, it looks exactly like what it is, a fully stocked, fully linked software website that’s easy on the eye.

The everyday visitors to this site will all be like kids in a candy store!

I take my hat off to Dave Nicholson on this one, and I would very, very highly recommend it to absolutely anybody wanting an additional income online.

How to Use SEO As An Affiliate Marketer

Posted By wordfreak on February 22, 2009

There are no longer any secrets about how to get your site ranked highly with the major search engines; there are any number of resources there about how to properly optimize your site and other web content. But what is search engine optimization? Before we get into this, it’s important to understand how search engines work.

Search engines work by giving users results based on relevance to the search term they entered. Search engines work with very sophisticated algorithms which evaluate the relevance of a word or phrase which a user uses as a search term.

Keeping your site constantly up to date (preferably every day) and adding new content is one way to get the search engines to pay attention. If you want to sell or market anything online, it’s important to search engine optimize your site to get more traffic; and more sales. More than 90% of your business will probably come to your via the search engines – keep this in mind.

Sear engine optimization (or SEO) is how business owners and webmasters use copy in an effort to get their website to rank higher with search engines, thus making their site easier for web users to find. The internet has grown so quickly that the struggle for a favorable position in search engine rankings has led to a huge demand for optimization, since this is vital to the success of web based businesses.

Using SEO properly will get your website ranked higher with search engines. There are several ways to get a higher page ranking; one is to provide high quality content and update it regularly. This may sound easy, but you’d be surprised how many sites fail at this simple task. If you can have better content than do a lot of those boring sites out there then you will be in a good position. You’ll be a little closer to that high search engine ranking your site needs.

The next step to effectively optimizing your site for search engines is to get relevant keywords and key phrases into your content. The more you use these keywords (within reason),  this higher the chance your site will be found by someone searching with these search terms. If you keep at this, you will see your site’s page ranking increase over time.

A linking campaign is another thing which can help to optimize your site. Not only links effectively free advertisements for your site, but each link makes your site seem more important, makes it easier for prospective customers to find your site and best of all, the more links there are to your site, the higher your search engine rankings will rise.

Another way to increased traffic to your site is to have a content based strategy. People turn to the internet usually because they are looking for information. If you can provide them with this, the better the chance you will make a sale to your readers. Writing articles is probably the best way to get more content onto your site. When putting articles on your site, you should come up with a way to organize this new content – just adding new pages to your site as you go is one simple way to do this. This gives you room to add more articles as they are written and lets you build an archive of content for visitors to look through. Be sure to also place these archived articles in a directory just under the root directory of your site to make it a certainty that search engines will index all of your articles.

Remember that search engine optimization is one of the keys to success in the online business world. Make sure that you fill your site with well-written, keyword rich articles and link your site to other relevant sites. These are a few of the things which will increase the traffic and the business which your site will enjoy.

7 Things You Can Use To Drive Laser-Targeted Traffic To Your Web Site

Posted By wordfreak on January 20, 2009

An affiliate marketer might have all of the elements of success at their disposal. They could have all of the drive and the perseverance in the world, a clear understanding of how the business works, a great website which would really drive sales – if only anyone could find it!

No matter what else an affiliate marketer has going for them, he or she isn’t going to get anywhere unless they have one thing – traffic. If you can get traffic to your website, you have accomplished the most important task in affiliate marketing.

Getting the people who you want to see your website there is something which can be difficult, especially since affiliate marketing is a fiercely competitive business. The sheer size of the web and the number of people involved in affiliate marketing means that marketers must work very hard indeed if they are to stand out and rise above their competitors.

There are seven great ways to drive laser-targeted traffic to your website which can help anyone who has the determination to get ahead in the affiliate marketing business to do just that.

The first step to driving targeted traffic to your website is to make the most of how search engines work – they are the best way to drive targeted traffic for free, so you should certainly take advantage of what they can offer you. It is very important to have a high search engine ranking so that potential customers can find your site; using the right keywords is the way you can accomplish this goal. If your site can make it to the top of the rankings heap, it is very easy for web users to find – and this will mean much larger commissions for you!

The second step in driving target traffic is to get in touch with other site owners to ask about the possibility of link exchanges. You need to find sites which are related to your own in terms of content for this to have the best effect.

The third method is to start writing articles and other content which will spread the word abut you and your website. Readers always appreciate good content – this will more than likely make them interested in visiting the author’s website to learn more.

Fourth, there is joint venture marketing. This can be a very effective means of promotion. You partner up with other websites for a link or ad exchange. This helps both businesses to reach a wider base of potential customers.

Fifth, start your own affiliate program – if you have affiliates take care of all of the work, they can bring in a surprising amount of traffic to your site. You’ll see increased sales and affiliates and site owner alike will benefit.

Sixth, build up a list of prospects. You can contact these people from time to time and remind them about your business. Autoresponders and newsletters are a good way of keeping in touch with your prospects; every affiliate marketer who wants to make it big must do this.

Seventh, know your market thoroughly. To be able to get targeted traffic, you need to know exactly what will capture the interest of your target market. You can create a good customer base this way. When a potential buyer visits your site, let them know that the product or service is more than worth his or her time.   Driving traffic to your site is a vital element of being a success in affiliate marketing. Like any other business, you should plan out every step of your strategy. If an affiliate marketer can get people to see what they have to offer, they have already won at least half the battle.

1.) Create Costumer Base

2.) Create Costumer Base

3.) Automate your Marketing

4.) Create a huge Costumer Base

How to Get BIGGER Affiliate Checks!

Posted By wordfreak on December 24, 2008

A lot of people have been drawn to affiliate marketing by the idea that they can make massive incomes while doing very little work – but is this really how affiliate marketing works? All that is absolutely necessary to be an affiliate is to place a link to the merchant on your website. Following this, you can just wait and hope people click through and make purchases. Approaching an affiliate program this way; by doing nothing will lead to comparable profits; almost nothing. Keep in mind that affiliate marketing is a business and if you treat it like one, it will reward you like a real business.

Those who have found success in affiliate marketing do things differently. There is really no money to be made by just waiting. To be a success in this business, you will have to put in some effort – this will help you continually grow your affiliate checks. You need to be active in marketing the merchant’s products and services. After all, this is how you will increase your commissions!

If you are a newcomer to affiliate marketing, then steer clear of the “sit and wait” approach which all too many new affiliate marketers take; the approach which leads to many dropping out due to making little or no money. Instead, take action to make your affiliate marketing venture grow and make bigger commissions for you. Keep reading to learn more about these elements of affiliate marketing success.

* Become an expert on your affiliate product. You can do a much better job of promoting a product which you know a lot about. One of the ways to educate yourself is to try the product for yourself – this will allow you to make a recommendation based on personal experience. If you cannot try the product for yourself, at the very least you should research it thoroughly.

* Host your own website. You need to have your own website or at the very least, a domain name which is easy for people to remember. This means more traffic and more commissions for you.
You should also create a private website, with access restricted to those who click on your affiliate links. Visitors typically like the idea of getting access to private sites. These sites also give you an opportunity to promote other affiliate programs.

* Write your own affiliate ads. Merchants are usually fine with the idea of you writing your own affiliate ads – as long as you get their approval before posting them on your site. This will give you a leg up on all of the other affiliates promoting the same products using the same ads.

* Participate in chat rooms, discussion boards, and forums related to your product. Even if you have always passed these resources by before, you should begin using them to promote your product – don’t come off too strong, but subtly promote your product as you chat and offer advice to other users. Do this I chat rooms, message boards and forums which are relevant to your product or service.

* Create a free ezine or newsletter. These are periodicals which you can use to keep current and potential customers about your niche topic; don’t use it to make sales pitch after sales pitch to people; they will likely stop reading it if you do this. Instead, you can insert affiliate ads and links here and there in the newsletter or e-zine. You should promote this publication on your website and provide visitor a way to subscribe.

These are just a few tips on continually growing your affiliate checks and building success for your affiliate marketing business. There are many other things you can do to increase your sales and you should be all means use these methods as well. The important thing is finding ways to bring in more traffic to your website, convince visitors to click those affiliate links and of course, find ways outside of the confines of your own website to promote the merchant’s products and services. If you can do these things, you can certainly make a success of your affiliate marketing efforts.

How to Work From Home and Succeed as a Super Affiliate

Posted By wordfreak on December 2, 2008

No one is thrilled to head to the office day after day for an eight hour shift, only to come back in 16 hours and do the same thing all over again! Unfortunately far too many of us live exactly that life without thinking that there is anything better out there. The truth of the matter is that the idea of working at home under your own management and whenever you want is completely possible, and that you will find that this can be incredibly fulfilling on top of this. When you are looking at the internet, you will find that it has produced an important realm of business that is giving more and more people a way out of the boring and humdrum office life.

When you are looking at doing business online, you will find that you are working completely under your own steam. You don’t have to listen to a supervisor shout at you to get something done and you don’t need to worry about deadlines or the chance of someone looking down on you for a messy desk. You are going to find that this is all possible through the prevalence of affiliate marketing, which is considered one of the best ways to earn money without needing to worry about regular employment.

For people who have been working in affiliate marketing for a while, you already know that it is a profitable trade. You’ll find that it can give you things that you can’t even dream about in terms of your current employment.

Essentially, as an affiliate marketer, you are going to be promoting someone else’s website and their products. The website that you would how is meant to market the product or service of the merchant who is fronting the operation. If someone goes to the merchant’s page through your own you will find that you have earned a small commission. This is essentially payment for your help in getting the merchant a sale.

While this seems easy enough, you will find that getting started and making the money that you need might take a fair amount of time and effort. You should be able to walk through this industry and business with confidence and competence, and you will find that you also need to think about knowing how the business works and what the common procedures are going to be.

At the top of the food chain in this profession is the super affiliate. He or she is a marketer who works through email and who collects many emails through newsletters. You will find that know the business better than the merchants do, and you will find that they have a lot to say about what the business is like. If you want to be a super affiliate, remember that while it is profitable, it is not easy; it takes some serious time and dedication.

When you want to become a super affiliate, you will start by running your own website and having a auto responder. With just those two tools, you’ll be able to get a lot more work done. This is all geared towards building your list, that is, creating a customer base that is loyal and interested in what you have to say. Staying on good terms with your list is of the utmost importance.

Remember that your list does you no good if you just leave it there. Make sure that you are sending them quality information and avoid spamming them and that you are sending them products that they are interested in and will buy.

When you want to be a super affiliate, remember that you are also going to need to think about traffic. Getting customers and keeping them is an important part of getting the right response from your customers and you will find that this brings them back over and over again.

If you want to be a super affiliate marketer, remember to go into the field treating it as seriously as you would a real business. You will find that if you can do this, you never need to go back to the rat race of yelling bosses and dreary office hours.

How to Work With Merchants

Posted By wordfreak on November 30, 2008

Getting in touch with the merchant who offers an affiliate program you are interested in can maximize your sales, as well as save you a lot of time and trouble. When you contact the merchant, tell them what you are doing to promote their product or service and don’t be shy about asking their advice to advance your marketing campaign.

Naturally, no one knows the product better than does the merchant themselves; they will have a lot of knowledge to share on the marketing strategies which other affiliates are using to get sales. Contacting the merchant also displays your interest and dedication to making the affiliate campaign a successful one.

This lets them know that you are enthusiastic about their product – and merchants know that in an affiliate program, more than 90% of their sales are made by less than 5% of the affiliates. A merchant who knows a motivated affiliate when he or she sees one will give you the information and tools you’ll need to build more success for your business and may even give you a higher commission!

Dealing with merchants

If you try to contact a merchant via email and get no response, send them another email. If they still don’t respond, it may be time to rethink this program. If they are less than communicative, it may also indicate that they will be slow about payments as well.

Remember that merchants are prone to making big promises to affiliates and offer a high payout limit, knowing that most affiliates won’t be able to meet the requirements. This is not a good business model for you as an affiliate and you should probably avoid doing business with these merchants.

Communication

Always use a professional tone when you communicate with merchants; if you have some suggestions for them, convey this. A lot of merchants like getting feedback from their affiliates and know that they can improve their programs by implementing these suggestions.

A merchant who knows affiliate marketing knows that it is hard to find good affiliates and will treat them well by helping them out with information and other resources, as well as being prompt about payments.

Smart affiliates have much the same mindset and know that merchants want good promotion and strong sales from their affiliates.

To maximize the potential earnings to be had in these partnerships, be professional and understanding when dealing with the merchant. Remember that a successful merchant is often very busy; but will make a point of answering your questions and responding to email – though it may not be instant.

The longer you have a partnership with a merchant, the more you will learn about how they do things; if you are new to affiliate marketing, the merchant can often help you learn the ropes. If you listen to the merchant and are dedicated to the affiliate program, you’ll have a good start towards success.
